Founded and led an edge-first commerce platform and developer ecosystem supporting £1B+ ARR — the company's largest digital transformation in 20 years. Redeveloped the entire frontend tech stack for edge-native performance, delivering an edge worker development platform that accelerated engineering project velocity, sparked a cultural shift toward performance-first thinking, and drove measurable SEO gains across the brand portfolio. The platform delivered consistent Core Web Vitals improvements, deprecated the legacy commerce stack, and became the company's primary commerce platform in 2026. Near the end of my tenure, led product and engineering of an AI insights and actions platform, using Airbyte to transform data warehousing and clickstream data into actionable intelligence. Led recruitment from 2024, personally hiring and raising the bar for senior engineers.
